He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Overholser and Clarice Overholser (Schindler); his wife Marilyn Overholser (Ayres); his sister Vera Ellen Wehr (Overholser); and his sister-in-law Peggy Ayres.
He is survived by: his children, Bonnie, Jonathan Sakaitis, Connie, Nathan Baumgardner, Kevin and Michelle Overholser; his grandchildren, Daniel Sakaitis (Jessica), Elizabeth Sakaitis, Charles Baumgardner, Jared Rupert and Justin Overholser; his great grandchild Ava Sakaitis; his brothers, Ernest Overholser (Irene), Robert Alvin Overholser (Rosalee), John Overholser (Debbie) and Gene Overholser (Judy); and his brother-in-law Eugene Ayres. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Pike, Dayton, Ohio 45420 or the Pike Township Fire & EMS.
