We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2019, at the age of 77, Freddie Smith (New Carlisle, Ohio), born in Stanford, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Combs; and his siblings, Michael Smith and Mildred Hamilton. He is survived by: his children, Lee Combs of Dayton, Tammy Steele (Tim) of Kettering and Teresa Harlow of New Carlisle; and his brother David Smith (Georgia) of Stanford, KY.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
