She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmitt Hill and Beaulah Hill; and her brother James Hill. She is survived by: her husband Willie Johnston; her sons, Tim Johnston and Philip Johnston; her grandchildren, Brittany Johnston, Cody Johnston and Zachary Johnston (Jen); her great grandchildren, Maddie, Penelope, Miyah and Maverick; and her nephews, Marty Hill and David Hill.
