He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Francis and Marie Francis; his wife Patricia Ann Francis; and his siblings, Leroy Francis, Lavern Francis, Valerian "Bub" Francis, Cyril Francis, Jr., Floyd Francis, Helen Bomhart and Roseann Kinnette.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carl Francis of Union City, Dave Francis of California and Mary Brush of Piqua; his children, Eugene (Debora Francis), Michael (Deborah Francis), Paul (Sheila Francis), Timothy (Francis), Philip (Rebekah Francis) and Debra Calmes of New Carlisle; his grandchildren, Adam, Ryan, Shelby, Austin, Julia, Christian, Hailey, Layton, Matthew, Alexander, Miranda, Morgan and Philip; and his great grandchildren, Larkin, Grayson and Honey.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (209 W Lake Ave, New Carlisle, OH 45344).
