He is survived by: his wife Jane Karafit; his children, Blake Sheppard (Erin) of Chevy Chase, MD, Erika O'Hora (Brian) of Malahide and Trevor Luth (Taylor) of New Carlisle, OH; his grandchildren, Rory, Charlotte and Oisin; and his siblings, Carolyn Faught (Dave) of Pataskala, OH and Terry Sheppard (Karen) of Millersport, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
