He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Horn (Holland); his stepmother Roberta Horn; his son Kyle Conley; and his brother John Wayne Horn. He is survived by: his father John Horn; his wife Tonya Marie Horn (Parks); his children, Joshua Horn and Kayla Assumdua; his grandchildren, Jordan Conley, Maleah Jean and Camden Assumdua; and his siblings, Virginia Durst, Kurt Horn, Kenny Horn and Steve Horn. He is also survived by numerous Aunts and Uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, step brothers and sisters and in-laws.
