It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Forest Lewis Jr. of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on August 12, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lewis, Sr. and Geneva Porter Lewis; his stepfather Morrison Buckner; his sister Leona Gayle Lewis; and his sisters-in-law, Greer (Todd) and Jana (Buck).
He is survived by: his wife Terry Oxidine; his daughter Dani Johnson (Chuck); his grandchildren, Hayden and Brie Johnson; his son Sean Lewis (Katie); his grandson Wesley Lewis; his brother Dave Lewis (Teresa); his half-brother Michael Duncan (Bettye); and his siblings-in-law, Robin Oxidine, Karen Ewing (Bill), Pam Arrowood (Tom) and Mike Buck. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
