He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John and Sheila Antle. He is survived by: his parents, Kathryn Antle Howell and Kathy Howell; his stepfather Frank Howell; his brother Eric Thomas (Erika); his nieces, Lydia, Maisie and Violet; his fiancée Samantha Logan; his fiancée's child Maggy; his stepsiblings, Frank Howell II (Stacy), John Howell (Misty), Joe Howell, Kim Angles (Ray) and Nola Howell; and his uncles, Mark Antle and John Antle. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
