She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James, Irene Denny, William (Steve) and Barbara Burkhead. She is survived by: her parents, Rebecca Burkhead-Smith and Gary Burkhead; her children, Mark, Aubrey, Cobain and Grayson; her stepfather Brian Smith; her sister Angela; her daughter Savannah; her sister Amy Burkhead; her daughter Kaetlynn; and her grandparents, Bob and Sherry Smith. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
