Tolbert of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Orleans, Indiana, who passed away on June 16, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Tolbert and Lucille Tolbert; and his sister Patricia Kay Mansmann. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Tolbert; his children, Annette Acquafredda (Mickey), Penny Davis (Chris), Pam Farmer (Tim) and Daniel W. Tolbert II (Anita); his brother Robert Tolbert (Tonda); and his grandchildren, Keith Bonetti, Gary Nickell, Jr., Ron Picard (Kristen) and Kat Tolbert. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
