With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Claytes D. Cook of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Lester, West Virginia, who passed away on April 6, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Wilburn "Fred" and Mahala Cook; and his siblings, Eugene, Catherine, Ovada, Omeda, Freda and Clifford.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, David Cook (Daphne) and Elizabeth Cress (Tom); his grandchildren, Gwen, Nathan, Colton, Zac, Hayden and Trevor; and his sister Angel Kane of Winchester, KY..
