He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence, Sr. Sink and Romilda Sink; his son Aaron Sink; and his brothers, Ronny and Nick Sink.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Sink; his sons, James "Tony" Sink (Sharon), Keith Sink (Vicki), Josh Sink and Seth Sink; his sisters, Berry Ullman, Marcia Kohr (Carl), Patricia Paulaskas (Dennis), Nina Bent (Ken), Margaret Kincaid and Diana Brewer (Joe); and his grandchildren, Amber Miller (Dustin), Robert Wilbanks (Melissa), Keith Sink, Jr., Brandie Sink and Jacob Sink. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
