He was predeceased by: his father Glenn Fields. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammi Doggett (Don) and Joel Johnson (Karel); his nephews, Benjamin (Anna), Justin (Christy) and Cameron Doggett (Jess); his niece Hannah Bradford (Bill); his aunt Betty Patton; and his cousins, Tia Hamlin (Jim) and Todd Patton. He is also survived by 14 great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
