He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Daily and Margaret Daily; his sister Roberta Benton; and his stepson Dustin Pence. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Daily; his sister Bonnie Ulman; and his children, Patricia Kok (Terry), Paul Daily (Jerry), Robin Daily (Melanie) and Chanse Daily (Bailey). He is also survived by four grandchildren: eight great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren.
