Betty Sharp Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Sharp of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on February 4, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Nelson and Lola Nelson; her husband Jack Sharp Sr.; her brothers, Howard Sharp and Robert Sharp; her brother-in-law Harold Hampton; and her granddaughter Stephanie Sharp.
She is survived by: her children, Lola Sharp, Jack Jr. Sharp, Chuck Sharp (Debbie), Ken Sharp (Danette) and Gregg Sharp; her sisters, Lillian Lockhart, Virginia Hayre (Gary), Shirley Hampton and Marjorie Walker; her grandchildren, Heather Sharp, Kaylie and Bryan Ball; her stepgrandchildren, Adrienne Rhodes and Braden Roddy; and her stepgreat-grandson Jason Rhodes II. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
As a final act of charity Betty donated her body to Wright State School of Medicine.
