He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Cooper and Nell Cooper; his wife Mary Ann Cooper; and his siblings, Jeff Cooper, Don Cooper (Shirldine) and Betty Alexander.
He is survived by: his son Joshua Coomer (Megan); his grandchildren, Dustin, Paul Alan, Xander, Amira, Zoe and Heidi; his great grandchildren, Levi, Noah and Roman; his brothers, H. L. Cooper (Joan), Dexter Cooper (Sheila) and Charles Cooper (Kenetha); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Alexander and Tamara Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
