He is survived by: his wife Kathleen E. Applegate (Ray); his sons, Nicholas, Derek (Jeni) and Christopher Applegate; his grandchildren, Colton, Courtney, David, Tyreese, Destiny, Rylee and Kyra; and his sisters, Deloris Angel and Linda R. Drury. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.
