She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Albert and Alice Albert; and her daughter Jackie Sue Chase. She is survived by: her children, Pete Chase, Mike Chase, Suzanne Chase and Mark D. Chase; and her grandchildren, Sarah Chase, Tarah McCarthy, Mark D. Chase Jr. and Josh Chase. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three siblings, and other relatives and friends.
