She is survived by: her parent Ethel Cook (Crowell); her son Shawn Demmitt (Amanda); her grandchildren, Jamie, Lindsey, Shannon, Gabrielle, Aulivia and Jason; her great grandchildren, William and Ella; and her siblings, William Cook (Marilyn), Pamela Mullins (Greg) and Mary Ann Choinere. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
