With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janice A. B. Howell of New Bremen, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Janice left this world on January 3, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard E. Wiehe and Lorma M. I. Wiehe (Fricke); her husband Donald E. Howell; her son Bobby Donald Howell; her daughter-in-law Brenda Howell; her grandson Andy Makley; and her great grandchild Alivia Fraley.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Swackhamer (Mike) of New Bremen, Jenine Humphries (Terry) of St. Marys, Rick Howell (Julie) of Botkins, Mark Howell (Teresa) of Wapakoneta, Scott Howell of New Bremen and Kay Makley of St. Marys; and her sister Marlene Ahlers of New Bremen. She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. Paul United Church of Christ (119 N Franklin St, New Bremen, OH 45869). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calendar German Protestant Cemetery.
