He is survived by: his children, David Fark (Sue) of New Bremen, Debra Barhorst (Darryl) of Ada and Diane Fisher (Martin) of Ada; his grandchildren, Valerie Fark (Dave Ashofteh) of Lakewood, Rachel Gehrlich (Jake) of Maria Stein, Jeff Keifer (Katie) of Lima, Sarah Nycz (Zach) of Bluffton and Matt Fisher (Lacey) of Ada; and his great grandchildren, Tony Fark, Jaelyn Gehrlich, Jack Gehrlich, Hudson Gehrlich, Parker Keifer, Nora Keifer, Caleb Nycz, Chloe Nycz, Layla Fisher and Luke Fisher.
