He is survived by: his siblings, Myron Junior Fields (Christine) of Marion, OH., Robert Fields (Judy Deceased) of Marion, OH., Gladys Mae Lucas of Marion, OH., Jean Ann Farmer of High Point, NC., Rose Marie Fields of New Bloomington, OH. and Betty Lou Gilbert (John) of New Bloomington, OH.; his former wife Barbara Fields of New Bloomington, OH.; and his stepson Eric Fields of New Bloomington, OH.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
