He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Weaver and Lorraine Weaver (Wylie); his sons, Jimmy Weaver and Jon Weaver; his grandsons, JD Weaver and Kevin Criswell; and his siblings, Leona, Bill Weaver, Elaine Vicklund (Skip) and Joanne Weaver.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Kay Weaver (Miller); his children, Bill Weaver, Amy Criswell (Kevin), Andrew Weaver (Alexis) and Holli Weaver; and his granddaughters, Bobbi Weaver, Elizabeth and Anna Criswell. He is also survived by his family and was a proud father and loved spoiling his grandchildren.
