Felter of New Bavaria, Ohio, born in Miller City, Ohio, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Walker and Ruth Walker (Noirot); her daughter-in-law Carol Felter; her great grandchild Cory Brown; her siblings, Jane Kruse (Bill), Jim Walker (Edna) and Tom Walker (Ethel); and her brother-in-law Ken Warnimont.
She is survived by: her husband James F. Felter; her children, Sue Ann Tobias (Ernie) of Camden, MI, Frank M. Felter, III of Holgate and Elizabeth Chick (John) of New Bavaria; and her sister Joyce Warnimont of Leipsic. She is also survived by two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
