He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Price and Frances Mary Keener Price. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Cross Price; his son Keith Price; his siblings, Eva Price Aspinwall, Leonard, Maynard, Roy, Everett, Glenn and Clive Price; his children, John Price (Sharon) of Flushing and Shari Ferda (George) of Flushing; his grandchildren, Rob, Jamie, Troy, Alisha, Suzanne and George; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Tristan, Jaksan, Alex, Ashley, Aleena, Sebastian, Hanley and Leroy.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.
