He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Buxton and Hazel Buxton; his siblings, Linda, Jackie, Connie and Lorraine; his brothers-in-law, Danny Michael and Jim Hall; and his friends, Bubba Parsons, Heavy Hill and Tiny Butcher.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly Buxton (Eddie), Melissa Barker, Ashlee Beougher (Nick) and William "Hotrod" Buxton, Jr.; his stepchildren, Jennifer Price (Ralph) and Alex Blosser (Brandy); his grandchildren, Courtney Forrester, Madison "Maddog" Erickson, Wyatt Stinett, Kendall Buxton, Hannah Barker, Jordan Barker, Alice Blosser and Blaire Blosser; his sisters, Rosemary Svec (Tom) of St Charles and Vaughn Hall of Gahanna; his niece Stacy Chatlos (Rob); his brother-in-law John Paver; his former wives, Debbie Elliott, Debbie Jones and Beth Buxton; his close friends, Mark Wemmer, Steve Blosser, Ginger Stuart, Freddie Buxton, Jack Chrysler, Louie and Tommy; and his pets, Axle, Tigger, Copper, Honeygirl, Lulu, Myles and Kiko.
A special thank you to Shelly Buxton, Eddie Stinnett, and Kendall Buxton for moving to Ohio to live with Bill and care for him in his last few years, as well as, to Stacey Chatlos and Vaughn Hall for their contributions to his care.
