In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Goldenberg and Lilian Goldenberg; and his wife Thelma Golden (Tammie). He is survived by: his daughters, Betty Hainsfurther (Tripp) and Marcie Golden (Rabbi Howard Apothaker); and his great grandchild Rowan Tabitha Aponte.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Temple Beth Shalom (5089 Johnstown Rd, New Albany, OH 43054). A shiva was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A burial was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at the New Tifereth Israel Cemetery (2565 Performance Way, Columbus, OH 43207).
