She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Fauhl and Josephine Fauhl (Cattelino); her husband Ronald G. Flavin; her sisters, Janet McDermitt and Margaret "Peggy" Hawk; and her siblings-in-law, James Hawk, Darlyn Bell (Leo), Richard Flavin (Jeananne), John Kelley and Stan Linder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Thompson (Robert) of New Albany, OH and Shana Bender (Doug) of Pickerington, OH; her grandchildren, Kathryn "Katy" Bender, Megan Bender, Andrew Bender, Joshua Bender and Isabella Thompson; her great grandchildren, Asher and Ana; her sister Delores "Dee" Vandemark (Bill); and her siblings-in-law, Richard McDermitt, Phillip Flavin (Carolyn), Denise Linder, Suzanne Bowles (Dave), Erin Kelly and Shannon Bratton (Ric). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
