She was predeceased by: her parents, William Fagin and Jean Fagin. She is survived by: her husband Mark Allen Cohen; her children, Brandon and Jenna Nechvatal (David); and her siblings, William Fagin (Earla), Kevin Fagin, Kathy Obert (Bob) and Linda Hildebrand (Gary). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
