He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmitt Harvey and Beulah Harvey (Flack); and his brother-in-law Bill Huffman. He is survived by: his sibling Marion Harvey; his grandchildren, Steven Cravener II, Jeffrey Cravener (Yvonne), Amanda Colliver (Travis), Megan Harvey, Ashlyn Harvey, Christian Harvey and Gideon Harvey; and also Marvin Harvey.
