He is survived by: his mother Donna Marie Turner (Morris); his wife Kathy Turner (Phillips); his daughter Tecca Obligacion (Rommel); his grandchildren, Michael Sneary (Hannah), Emerson Dunbar, Curtis "Lem" Sheets and Bennett Dunbar; and his brothers, Darcy Turner and Dudley Turner (Lori).
