He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Rita Harris and Herschel Pepper; and his siblings, Michael, Charles Pepper, Myrita, Helen and Michelle Harris.

He is survived by: his wife Beth; his sons, Steven and Christopher; his siblings, Richard Pepper (Lisa), Valerie Pepper and Ronnie Harris; and his sons, Keith, Bilalian Pepper and Andrea Holden.

The family requests that contributions in Keith's memory be made to Lakeith Foundation.
