She was predeceased by: her husband Alexander J. Butsko; her brothers, Donald Marple and Dale Marple; her children, Thomas Butsko and Judith Butsko; and her great grandchild Dominic Butsko.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Butsko (Barbara); her grandchildren, James Butsko (Vanessa), David Butsko (Kim), Michael Butsko (Jessica) and Robyn Butsko (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Blake, Logan, Adeline, Madelyn and Parker.
