He was predeceased by: his former wife Wanda Jean (Trone). He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jean (Porter); his children, David, Candace Ramsey and Amy Francis (Rory); his grandchildren, Nathan, Monessa, Danielle, Vanessa, Emily, Heather, Stephanie, Christopher and Elijah; and his great grandchildren, Elvi and Patrick.
