She was predeceased by: her parents, Andreas and Giannoula. She is survived by: her sister Theodosia Ragias (Argirios); her nieces and nephews, Christos (Eleni), Panayiotis (Andriana) and Eoanna (Marios Iacovou); her great-niece Theodosia Despina; and also, Tom Sakis (Mary Beth), Nichole, Angela and Andreas.
Memorial contributions in Elaine's honor may be made to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral Foundation or The Greek Orthodox Ladies Philoptochos Society.
