She was predeceased by: her husband John Barra; her parents, Alphons Schaer and Rita Schaer; and her siblings, Myron Schaer and Martha Schaer Blais.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Barra and Kristina Fraser (Bruce); her grandchildren, John "Andrew" Fraser, Ellen Tompkins (Adam) and Elizabeth Fraser; her great grandchild Luke Tompkins; and her sister Frances Mercer (Ken).
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (6300 E Dublin Granville Rd, New Albany, OH 43054). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
