He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lay and Theresa Lay; his daughter Lori Lee; and his grandson Thomas Leopard. He is survived by: his wife Teri Lay; his daughters, Teri Fehrman (Jim), Sharon Varner (Tony) and Susi Bratton (Dave); his grandchildren, David, Amanda Leopard of North Carolina, Tyler, Molly Fehrman of Minnesota, Chelsea, Andrew Huckeba of Florida, Tarah, Calvin Shaw of Ohio and Joshua Fehrman of Ohio; and his sister Betty Marsh. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
