She is survived by: her husband Frank W. Smith; her daughters, Leslie Anne Smith, Caryn Lee Gifford (Jeff) and Jennifer Kuhn (Thomas); and her grandchildren, William Yavorsky, Scott Yavorsky, Jessica Gifford, Christiana Gifford, Alexandra, Olivia, Julia and Ross Kuhn.
