He was predeceased by: his daughters, Sharon Veith and Becky Spitler. He is survived by: his parents, Walter Rall and Anna M. Rall (Kin); his spouse Jean Parish; his children, Karen Daley (Robert) of Elyria, Daniel Rall (Tina) of Upper Sandusky and Jeff Rall (Laura) of Bucyrus; and his siblings, Russell Rall of Bucyrus and Marva Schofield of Upper Sandusky. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
