He was predeceased by: his parents, Hassel Howard and Lulie Howard; his granddaughter Sarah Renee Troiano; and his siblings, Jesse Howard, Reva Sansom, Risby Howard, Leatha Wilson and Barbara LeMasters.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Howard; his daughters, Robin Howard-Tuttle, Ronda Jones-Toye and Julie Strayer (Curtis); his grandchildren, Krista Rumbarger (Mike), Sydney Jones, Jacob Greilich, Dalton Tuttle (Teal), Ellie Stoneburner (Justin), Katie Greilich, Jarod Tuttle and Gavin Howard; his great grandchildren, Edwin, Olivia Jones Albrittain, Oskar Tuttle, Bryson, Claire, Blane Stoneburner, Hannah, Hallie and Trenton Rumbarger; his siblings, Hollie, Ed, Russell, Hager Howard, Mahalie Moore and Bonnie Hall; and his brother-in-law James LeMasters.
