He is survived by: his wife Gladys Santiago; his daughter Jennifer Powell (Seth Marko); his granddaughters, Josephine Eleanor Marko of San Diego, CA. and Iris Raleigh Marko of San Diego, CA.; and his siblings, Karl Powell (Karen) of Upper Sandusky, Tom Powell of Carey, David Powell of Upper Sandusky, Rose Whisler of Dubuque, IA and Barbara Wolber (David) of Forest.
