Clark-Spradlin; his son Isaac Blackburn of Florida; his stepsons, David Spradlin (Mary) of Nevada and Douglas Spradlin of Upper Sandusky; his daughter Jenny Craft of Nevada; his grandsons, Jacob, Timothy, James and Craig; and his siblings, Jon Blackburn (Jill) of Upper Sandusky, Patty (Sam) of Derugen, Rosie May of Nevada, Jo Lynn Walters of Marseilles and Anita Kear of Harpster.
