He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Bill Rush and Floyd Emory. He is survived by: his parents, Roger L. Rush and Phyllis D. Rush (Emory); his wife Sarah B. Rogers; his children, Elijah, Charlotte, Evelyn and Alexander Rush; his siblings, Renee Rush and Andrew Rush (Jessica); and his grandmothers, Janis Rush and Eva Emory. He is also survived by his four greatest accomplishments.
