He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry and Dora Harry Parker; his siblings, Jeff Parker and Florette Leach; and his grandparents, Ernie, Florence Parker and Cybil Kurtzman.
He is survived by: his sons, Christopher William Parker (Natashia) of Nelsonville and Joshua Parker (Shireen) of Glouster; his grandchildren, Chelse, Lillian, Amelia and Riley; and his siblings, David Parker of Louisiana and Debbie Parker of Austin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
