He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Willard and Phyllis Leora O'Nail (Jewett); his sister Reva Erwin; and his great-nephew Arlo Kachenko. He is survived by: his wife Kelli O'Nail (Lowery); his son Zach Withrow; and his siblings, Kevin O'Nail, Rhonda Meador (Dave), Tina Wachenschwanz (Dave) and Robbin Baden (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
