He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Richard and Mary Browning West; and his brothers, Edie, Buck and Roman.
He is survived by: his children, Dawn West, Angela Riley and Theodore West; his stepchildren, Chris, Chanda and Chaz; and his siblings, Donna Stalling, Jean Gould, Rich, John, Stan, Dan, Mike and Chuck. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and several great- grandchildren.
