She is survived by: her close friend Timothy Nordyke; her children, Leslie Koon Jr. of Nelsonville, Brett Koon of Athens, Andrew Koon of Athens, Steven Koon of Nelsonville, Ryan Koon of Nelsonville, Mark Handa Jr. of Nelsonville, Crystal Balch of Guysville, Christina Koon of Nelsonville and Stacy Koon of Nelsonville; and her siblings, Brian Balch of Albany, Debbie Guess-Pooler of Athens County, Juanita Guess of Coolville, Anita Carpenter of Nelsonville and Robin Balch of Parkersburg. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
