He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald L. Bailey and Peggy Jane Mingus Bailey. He is survived by: his sister Rebecca Bailey of Circleville; and his nieces, Ashley Bailey of Silver Springs, MD and Helen Warren of Lancaster.
