He is survived by: his children, Bradley James Carter, Andrew Richard Carter, Lisa Nicole Carter, Jamie Ann Carter, Kimberly Michelle Carter, Brandie Allison Carter and Savannah Michelle Nicole Carter; and his siblings, Randy L. Carter of Lancaster, Ohio and Melissa Sonya-Tracy Pippin (Anthony) of Logan. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
