It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Neal of Nelsonville, Ohio, born in San Bernardino, California, who passed away on December 13, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Conely Neal and Mildred C. Fletcher Hook; his wife Carol Ann Neal; and his daughter Stacy Marie. He is survived by: his son Richard Jr.; and his brothers, David Neal (Carol) of New Marshfield and Randy Neal (Marie) of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
